  • How long does setup take?

  • Do my audience members need to download an app?

    No. Audiences join from any browser -- tap a direct link, which works however you present; scan a QR code in an in-person room; or use the Zoom or Google Meet side-panel on an online call. No app to download. SMS Q&A is a separate optional pay-per-use add-on, available with Present In-Person and Present Everywhere.

  • What file formats are supported?

    We support PDF, PPTX, and other common presentation formats. PDF is recommended for the best results.

  • How does the AI learn my content?

    Upload your slides, speaker notes, and any supporting documents. AI processes everything and trains on your content in seconds.

  • Is audience participation anonymous?

    Yes. Audience members ask questions anonymously from their browser. You see the questions, but the audience member's identity is not displayed.

  • How many languages are supported?

    Over 100 languages. Audience members ask in their preferred language and receive answers in that same language automatically.
