What makes a good word cloud
A word cloud is a fast way to see the themes inside a block of text. The tool counts how often each word appears, filters out the noise, and sizes every word by frequency — so the loudest ideas literally stand out.
Frequency drives size
Every word is scaled to how often it shows up. Repeated themes grow large; one-off words stay small. It's an instant visual summary of what your text is really about.
Stopwords get filtered
Words like "the," "and," and "to" appear constantly but carry no meaning. These stopwords are removed automatically so they don't drown out the words that matter. Add your own with the exclude box.
Tips for a clean result
Paste focused text rather than a whole article — a set of survey answers or feedback notes works best. Trim the max-word count if it looks busy, and exclude any term that dominates without adding insight.

What's the maximum text length I can paste in?
There's no hard character limit, but for speed and legibility the tool processes the most frequent words and shows only the top set (controlled by the Max words slider). If you paste something very long, you'll see a note telling you how many words are being displayed.

Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The canvas resizes and redraws to fit your screen, so you can generate and download a word cloud from a phone or tablet just as easily as on desktop.
