Seminar Engagement Questions
Can attendees ask questions anonymously?
By default, no: attendees join with a name and email, and you see who asked in your Messaging Center, which is how each one becomes a lead for follow-up. Their questions are private to the room, though -- no one else at the seminar sees who asked or what they asked. If a talk needs candor more than leads, you can turn on Anonymous questions for that presentation. It is off by default. When you turn it on, people on your web Q&A page ask without a name or email, you capture no contact for them, and no recap or follow-up email reaches them. PresEngage still receives the typed question, a random browser ID and an IP address used briefly to prevent abuse. It works on the web Q&A page only, and text messages, WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet still identify people.
Where do the AI answers come from?
From the materials you upload. The AI Co-Presenter grounds its answers in your own educational content, so it stays within the scope you set. PresEngage does not provide financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
Does PresEngage make compliance or regulatory claims?
No. PresEngage is an audience-engagement tool. It does not offer regulatory compliance certifications or advice; it lets attendees ask privately and answers from the content you provide. Your firm remains responsible for how you run and follow up on your seminars.
Is this compliant with FINRA/SEC requirements?
That depends on your firm's and regulators' rules. PresEngage provides engagement and lead-capture functionality; advisors remain responsible for their own compliance, recordkeeping, and approvals.
How does lead capture work at a seminar?
By default, attendees join from their phones with a name and email; you receive their contact details in your Messaging Center and can trigger automated follow-up afterward. Their questions stay private to the room: other attendees never see who asked.
